Who may use DrishVeda

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use personalized guidance. You must provide accurate account and birth-profile information and keep your login credentials secure.

What the service provides

DrishVeda combines the birth details you provide with current lunar and location-based signals to produce personal daily guidance. Features and calculations may change as the pilot develops.

Astrology is interpretive. DrishVeda is offered for personal reflection and information, not as medical, legal, or financial advice. Do not use it as a substitute for qualified professional care or emergency services.

Your birth profile and location

Guidance depends on the accuracy of your birth date, exact birth time, birthplace, and current location. You are responsible for checking the information you enter. We cannot guarantee a particular interpretation, prediction, outcome, or result.

Free pilot

DrishVeda is currently a free pilot. We do not currently take payment for access. If paid features are introduced later, their price and additional terms will be shown before any charge is made.

Acceptable use

• Do not use DrishVeda for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing activity.
• Do not disrupt the service, probe its security, introduce malicious code, or bypass access controls.
• Do not copy, scrape, resell, or misuse the service or its content in a way that harms DrishVeda or other people.

Availability and account access

The pilot is provided on an as-available basis. We may change, pause, limit, or discontinue features and cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access.

We may suspend or close an account when reasonably necessary for security, unlawful use, abuse, or a serious breach of these terms. You may stop using the service or request account deletion at any time.

Intellectual property and liability

DrishVeda’s software, design, branding, and original content remain our property or that of our licensors. These terms give you a limited personal right to use the service, not ownership of it.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DrishVeda is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of or reliance on the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes, governing law, and contact

We may update these terms as the pilot changes. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably practical.
